Boot Camp: Week 4

Wow almost half way done.  Much of this week was taken up with setting up for our valentines day jewelry show.  In order to cut costs, we used cardboard to make the display for the show.  It came out great!
Jesse Bert's earrings.  Love these.  They are made from ivory from old pianos.

My display! :) Oops was only supposed to have 5 pieces

Jennifer Wells, the current metals resident at Arrowmont.

Marlene True's earrings.  Love them ALL

Tim Lazure's rings.  Check out our nifty way to display rings.  That way everyone can try them on.

Roberta's display.

Boot Camp: Week 3

The assignment for this week was to finish three broaches with a common theme.  I chose to use a piece of glass in all three of my pieces as an homage to a lifetime of wearing glasses.  In each of the pieces, the glass is set in a different way.
